ABOUT THE EVENT
A welcoming introduction to Health Qigong
HQFUK will join Health Qigong communities around the world to celebrate World Health Qigong Day 2026.
This confirmed free workshop is open to anyone interested in learning about Qigong. Newcomers can experience guided practice, meet federation members and explore movement, breathing and focused attention in a supportive setting.
No previous experience is required. The workshop runs from 3–5 pm. Please contact HQFUK before attending so any final joining instructions can be supplied.
