Health Qigong Federation UK was the first professional organisation in the UK fully recognised by the Chinese Health Qigong Association (CHQA). Health Qigong Federation UK (HQFUK) is an independent British non-profit organization, promoting, teaching Health Qigong as a form of fitness exercise and self-healing technique.

The aims of the Federation are:

1) To promote Health Qigong in the UK as effective exercises for improving mental and physical health.

2) To promote the awareness and participation of the personal healthcare exercises in the form of Health Qigong in particular by the providing information, facilities and trainings of Health Qigong to the general public with the object of improving general health in the UK.

3) To promote participation of Health Qigong exercises as a self-helping, supplementary treatment for those with chronic and age-related health problems

4) One of the Traditional Sports for All in UK.

Health Qigong Federation UK organises seminars, teaching and demonstrations in many UK cities. We have material for self-learning and have professional coaches from China to teach and demonstrate at these seminars.
